Booking a Truckload?
To book a truckload, please complete the form below or call the Truckload Department directly at 877-562-3875. Do not call your local terminal as they cannot protect your rate.
Rate estimate will expire in seven (7) days. Rate estimate is in USD and is PER LEGAL TRUCKLOAD , not based on pallet count or weight. Rate estimate is based on 24-48 hour notice of pick up and is subject to availability. Please call the Truckload Department for same day pickup estimates. Rate estimate includes fuel and 2 hours loading & unloading. Standard cargo liability is $100,000 per load; if additional coverage is needed, paying party is responsible for arranging with a provider of their choice.
To book a truckload shipment, please contact the Truckload Department direct at truckload.services@odfl.com or call 877-562-3875. Please DO NOT call your local Service Center, or put in an online LTL pickup request as they cannot protect your rate. Please DO NOT load ODFL equipment with truckload freight as your rate would be subject to change, and may not be able to move through our LTL network. Additionally, potential Truck Order Not Used fees could apply. Once a carrier is assigned, you will be provided the name and ETA of the appropriate carrier to load.
